Summary
Sapnap is an angel that travelled down to earth in order to explore the wonders that it offered. There he meets new friends that range from humans, other angels, demons, and even shapeshifters. However, the Above doesn't give up losing their most obedient angel that easily.
This au does cover topics such as emotional neglect, manipulation, and death (not explicit) so please proceed with caution. My fic will always have content warnings
World
The Above and Underworld are where angels and demons reside respectfully. Both are corrupt in their own ways, with the Above generally being more secretive about it. Angels and demons that leave are usually banished forever with some exceptions of the beings in power have a reason.
Other supernaturals live amongst the humans and not many people know of them. They can range from witches, shapeshifters, elementals, ect. Angels and demons live under the term supernaturals but are not often referred to as such. All supernaturals have the power to change their form into something more human if need be.
Characters
Angels
Sapnap: Dropped down to earth on his own free will because he was curious about humans and their culture. Is friends with Bad but didn't tell him he was dropping to earth and they ended up finding each other after Dream "introduced them". They explained that they were close friends but only talked online. Loves his friends and would do anything to keep them happy. Doesn't know that he had died to become an angel.
Eret: Banished to earth after becoming a "traitor" to the Above. He simply didn't agree with what was being done and wanted to make his own decisions. Didn't meet Sapnap until Sapnap came down to earth but they bond over the shared experiences. Sapnap believes that Eret shouldn't have been banished but Eret wont let him try to fight the Above.
Purpled: Born angel and generally just a little boy. He actually… isn’t on earth as often and comes down to like play minecraft with his friends and thats it. Nobody knows he’s an angel and it’s not like he’s hiding it he just doesn’t say anything outright.
Sam/Awesamdude: Angel who died. He was an engineer in his past life and surprisingly that translates to redstone skills. All around good dude and everyone loves him. I love him. Father figure to most of the supernaturals.
Demons
BBH: Is the oldest out of all the supernaturals and has been living on earth the longest. Decides to live there after deciding to leave the underworld. Is Sapnap's oldest friend and loves him like a little brother. Is the designated dad friend but you can find him in the woods with Sapnap throwing knives.
Phil: Second oldest of all the supernaturals. Looks after the three boys he's taken in and has taken on a fatherly role. Has the power to split up his form but he can’t control how they think with his demon form being an amalgamation of all his forms. Will not tell anyone if he had died or was born a demon despite knowing the answer. Only Bad knows how old he is.
Wilbur: Probably most mischievous out of all the demons there. Banished to Earth and was taken in by Phil as he quickly did fuck with humans using his powers. Likes using a hypnotic voice the most.
Techno: Lives in another country than the rest of SBI after being tracked down by the Underworld but keeps in contact with them more often than not. Doesn’t leaves the house often but likes to hang out with the main gang gang when he does go out. Friendly rivalry with Dream but always gets scolded by Phil when he uses his powers to win fights.
Supernaturals
Quackity: Shapeshifter that lives another day and has decided to make it everyone's problem. Shamelessly uses his powers in front of his friends and loves doing it to make them happy. Ultimate comfort friend or the biggest nightmare because he will turn into a goose just to mess with you.
Punz: Fire elemental and acts like it's not true. He can manipulate and create fire as well as turn into a flame. Is the best to hug in the winter because he'll always run warm and it feels more cozy than anything. One of the few people to know that Sapnap is an angel.
Ant: He’s a little catboy :3. Familiar to his witch boyfriend so he has a cat form and a human form. Human form takes up more energy so when he’s at home he’s usually in the cat form. They still have a pet cat at home as well.
Velvet: He’s a litle witch boy. Witch to his familiar boyfriend and is always there to help his friends but usually found in the background. His friends don’t usually believe his claims about the things he gives them but they find their lives a bit better after getting an object from him. Sometimes he casts good fortune spells on his friends :3
Humans
Tommy: Hangs out a lot with the rest of sbi and they’re convinced he’s a demon born. He’s not. They got very confused when he didn’t grow in horns so they just chalked it up to no horns which is rare but not impossible. He’s literally just a human boy.
Dream: Sapnap’s second oldest friend. Met Sapnap after they stumbled into each other on the street and after Sap admitted to not knowing the area (or having money) offered to show him around and just kinda hang out. Introduced him to George and the trio became extremely close. Still a content creator and convinced Sapnap to join.
George: Just a dude going along with whatever the fuck is happening. Moved in with Dream after leaving England and the two have been streaming and making videos for awhile.
Karl: Originally met everyone online and Sapnap fucking flew to where he lived without telling anyone. Is still apart of the Mr Beast crew and also streams. Sapnap is convinced he is an angel from how amazing he is.
Niki: Human but with a heart of gold. Her and Karl are basically proof you don’t need to be supernatural to be an amazingly kind and cool person. She is the best and has major big sister vibes. Works at a bakery and always supplies baked goods at hangouts. I love her <3
